Effective Employee Communication that Impacts the Bottom Line
Thursday, Sept. 27, 2007

The days are gone when employee communications was just a newsletter and a few memos. Today, it serves as a key component to an organization’s strategic public relations and branding efforts. If you’re spending the bulk of your time (and money) trying to build your brand and marketplace reputation through Web sites, direct mail campaigns, media relations, and logo design, you could be missing a key element that could ultimately further your organizational goals or stop them in their tracks—employee communications that engages employees in the promise behind the brand and drives them to action.

Join Jody Aud, president of The Prio Group, for an “inside” perspective on brand marketing. During this program, Jody will discuss:

  • How to articulate your brand strategy in terms that employees can understand
  • Creating accountability from the C-suite to the front line for delivering brand experiences and impacting the bottom line
  • How to make sure everyone (not just the Communications Department) is responsible for building brand buy-in from employees.
